Excellent service. Brought this doll as the reviews were very good, however had a problem with the delivery which I believe was more to do with customs, but after numerous emails to leyadoll and very quick responses they sent me a replacement, and have to say the doll is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. Just received the beautiful doll and back pack, perfect for my 1 year old granddaughter.
